In Standard, I think this otter wizard will be viable in a future Izzet turns deck if WoTC hasnt learned and keeps printing those cards

This could create some interesting new gameplay, but would likely make the new Partner Commander absurdly expensive monetarily because of how flexible they are (if they have any sort of rarity attached)

General Leo Cristophe is one of the strongest of the bunch, having the opportunity to enter with a lot of +1/+1 counters and return another creature from your graveyard to play in the process

Echos barely a downside here, since reanimation decks and flicker decks can work around it easily

If these cards are to be printed, then that's great, but just put them in the decks and maybe make a couple more per set if needed
